GUY AMIOT BOURGOGNE CHARDONNAY CUVEE FLAVIE 2021

This is a fabulous and well-priced traditional White Burgundy!  

A perfect intro to the premium White Burgundies made by this traditional family Domaine located in the village of Chassagne-Montrachet.  The "Cuvee Flavie" is a tribute to the current generation's Grandmother. The wine is elegant with soft and round fruit with notes of stone fruit.  There is nice volume, but little weight to the wine and it closes with cleansing mineral notes.
